What is your Return policy?

We do not offer Return/exchange/refund. In the unlikely event that something you ordered from fatiz.com is damaged or defective  and reported within 24 hours in email ID connect@fatiz.com with unboxing video, we will definitely fix it and return. Once you confirm your order you will get a detailed order form which has all the details which you and the designer agreed and finalised. You have to check all the details of the order forms and supporting references if any and revert back within 24hours of receiving the email. After 24 hours of sending the email the production team will treat the order as final and start the production process. No changes will be accepted after this time.   

Merchandise bought on discount or on Sale is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please note we do not accept returns/refund/exchange policy, if a piece received is in damaged condition, we recommend to connect with our customer care within 24 hours with unboxing video, we shall alter the damage and return the piece as soon as possible.
